NEW APPOINTMENT BOOSTS SERVICE OFFERING
Protocol National, the country’s leading provider of educational staff to the Further Education sector, has strengthened its recruitment team with the appointment of Mark Locking as Head of Recruitment Services.
The new Middle Management Recruitment service represents a further expansion of Protocol National’s work in permanent recruitment and will handle appointments to middle management roles such as team leaders and heads of department.
With a strong background in management and leadership positions within the FE sector, Mark also brings experience of recruitment and selection to the role, giving him an insight into both the needs of colleges and how to successfully meet them. His key role will be to launch and manage the Middle Management Recruitment Services team, which provides a specialist service for colleges.

Prior to joining Protocol National, Mark worked at Boston College, Peterborough Regional College and Bedford College before moving to global recruitment firm DDI as Account Director. He then returned to the FE sector and most recently held the Assistant Head teacher position at Gleed Boys School.
