Registrations constitute a legally binding agreement. Full payment is required in advance of the event and Protocol National reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received.
All communications with delegates are made via the email address used to book on to the event. Please ensure this is an appropriate email address to receive all event information including information regarding any possible cancellation of the event that may occur. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 7 days contact the events team on Tel: 0115 911 1227.
Please note that details of attendees may be included on the delegate list in the conference documentation and shared with organisations directly connected with individual events, including event hosts, exhibitors and sponsors.
Any cancellations made within 15 - 28 days of the event will incur an administration charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Protocol National reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel this event without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that all means of travel and accommodation are flexible to accommodate this. Protocol National will not re-imburse delegates for monies spent on travel and accommodation should the event be re-scheduled/cancelled.
