Overview
A radical transformation of the FE sector is under way. Funding, regulation, inspection and qualifications are changing along with spending priorities and levels. The changes create a series of significant challenges for all managers and staff involved in ALS provision.

This one-day Master Class is designed to respond to these challenges, highlighting the key issues for all who hold responsibility for ALS. The day will be led by Beej Kaczmarczyk of Sector Training and Carol Miles, Director of Midas Systems. Beej has an excellent reputation for his deep understanding of funding, the curriculum and ALS and his skills as a trainer. Carol's
company has 20 years experience of supporting ALS management through the development of specialist management software such as 'Spirals'.
