Numerous participants, including people new to FE, Heads of School, Advanced Practitioners and Teacher Trainers have rated this workshop as being “very engaging”, an “excellent use of their time” and an “excellent package for the 'preinduction' of staff and Teacher Training students”.

"The session was truly engaging and directed my teaching teams to really reflect on their practice and consider how they can raise their game. The session was focused upon skills development and offered practical learning solutions for my teachers to employ. The teachers emerged with a repertoire of strategies they can employ to improve their practice. The feedback from my teams was outstanding!"
