Who Should Attend
Anyone who is at risk of redundancy and wants to brush up on their application and selection process techniques and knowledge, or those whose posts have been, or are about to be, made redundant.
Overview
Redundancy can be a very difficult time for all concerned, but it is an ever more common element of the current situation in the sector. Our Outplacement Service provides bespoke support to individuals and organisations before, during and after redundancy. The aim of this positive one-day workshop is to equip those who have been made redundant, are at risk of, or are currently undergoing redundancy, with the skills and the confidence, to get straight back “on the bike” and secure a new position in a variety of work alternatives such as full time, consultancy, interim etc.
This event will enable delegates to increase their ability and confidence in finding and securing the next step in their career, including securing the jobs on offer through their “at risk” process, through:
• State-of-the-art psychometric profiling techniques that will identify working strengths and preferences and help in the choice of alternative career paths
• Ongoing support and guidance to help individuals complete effective job applications and personal statements which are tailored to the roles for which they wish to apply
• Interview, presentation and assessment centre coaching to develop effective behaviourally-based interview and selection techniques
