Overview
The FE sector is undergoing many radical changes, and the effective management of key income streams has become more crucial than ever. It is likewise vital to understand what changes may be on the way in the light of declining public sector funding and political developments.

How will these changes affect Employer Responsive Funding and planning arrangements in colleges?  How can we maximise the benefits of Employer Responsive Funding whilst avoiding the dangers associated with profiling and very precise targets?

This interactive one-day event will explore the current issues, their implications and what the likely next stages will mean for the future of funding and planning in colleges.

This event will cover the following topics:
• Key new public sector bodies and their agendas
• The new funding arrangements
• Options and risks
• The need to recognise the importance of the Framework for Excellence
• The increased importance of Customer Relationship Management
