The session will be highly interactive. Delegates will be asked questions throughout and will be asked to consider

• Risks and liabilities for the College as well as for themselves

• Protecting the senior team

We will cover the following topics:

• Protection from Harassment Act
• Smoking
• National Minimum Wage
• Child Protection and Related Issues
• Corporate Manslaughter/Corporate Homicide Act
• Working Time Regulations
• Data Protection Act 1998

• Workplace Driving

Delegates will gain an understanding of managing the risks associated with the above legislation and how to ensure that their institutions stay on the right side of the law.

For delegates to get the most from this seminar, it is important that it is as interactive as possible. The timings will be flexible to allow for maximum participation and speakers will invite you to contribute to discussions and ask questions whenever the opportunities arise.
