Simon Graham (Director of College Leadership Services) is regarded as the sector’s leading expert in providing successful HR solutions for colleges. He has successfully devised and managed the recruitment and selection processes for many senior management positions since 2001 and is British Psychological Society qualified to undertake ability tests and personality questionnaires. Simon has lead many colleges in devising and implementing restructure plans which have created staffing structures that have delivered improved success rates whilst making dramatic cost savings. He has also worked with Governing Bodies and Principals to deliver successful college mergers in highly complex situations, devising strategies to achieve harmonisation of processes whilst adhering to TUPE regulations.

Bill Wardle (Senior Consultant) has a long and distinguished track record in the university sector; he was Deputy Principal at York St John University and Principal of James Watt College of Further and Higher Education, as well as a member of the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council and a specialist in Efficiency and Shared Service initiatives.

Peter Daley (Associate) had over seven years’ experience as a college Principal before he became Director at the AoC in 1999, and then established Tribal’s College Leadership service in 2003. He has personally led and managed more successful senior appointments in the sector than all other recruiters put together.
Becky Beaty (Leadership Services Manager) is well known to the sector; until the establishment of Protocol National College Leadership Services she was Tribal's College Liaison Officer and has long experience in the delivery of recruitment and selection services.
Becky is currently on maternity leave.

Tara Ali (Psychometric Consultant) is the sector’s best-known specialist in OPQs and other specialist testing. She has previously delivered this service for Tribal, and was AoC’s Recruitment Manager before that.
