Philip Harrison Chief Executive Phil joined Protocol National in September 2005 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from the FMCG and Retail sectors, with 17 years experience at Director/Board level. His previous experience includes working as Commercial Director for Spearhead Ltd, Brand Marketing Director for Dixons Stores Group, Group Marketing Director for Allied Carpets and Managing Director for WWAV Rapp Collins CRM Consultancy. During his time with the business, Phil has reinforced Protocol National's position as the market leader for staffing in further education colleges and introduced a range of services to colleges that ensure Protocol National remains the leader in its field.
Peter Daley Director of College Leadership Service Peter has over seven years’ experience as a college Principal before he became Director at the AoC in 1999 where he was for three years. He established Tribal's College Leadership service in 2003. Peter’s track record in serving the FE sector is impressive and unrivalled, he is a very influential figure in this sector and has personally met with virtually every Principal in the UK. He has personally led and managed more successful senior appointments in the sector than all other recruiters put together. Peter has helped to position Protocol National as a key partner for the Network for Black Professionals, and is seen as an exemplary practitioner of leading edge equality and diversity practice. He has worked with the Network on a range of innovative projects, including The High Fliers Programme and Talent Management Service, which are making a real difference to the pace of changing the landscape of leadership in the learning and skills sector. Peter joined Protocol National in 2006 to head up this important division and has continued to extend the services that Protocol National now offers.
David Gornall Client Services Director Educated at Middlesbrough FE College, David went on to a successful marketing career spanning 25 years. He started in London in advertising for Foote Cone & Belding. He has 22 years’ experience as a consultant developing and implementing data-driven marketing solutions for over 100 blue chip companies across multiple sectors. During this period he has launched, developed and sold two successful VC-backed marketing and CRM companies. Over the last four years, his time has been spent client-side with main board responsibility for sales and marketing for a number of £50m companies working in the UK, Europe and USA.
Viv Cruickshank Operations Director Viv has over 12 years experience in customer service and operational management. Working for BSkyB and more recently as Head of Customer Services for Lynx Express the UK’s leading independent parcel logisitics company. Viv has been with Protocol National since 2007 and has brought her wealth of operational knowledge to the Protocol National business.
