Viv Cruickshank
Managing Director

Viv has over 12 years experience in customer service and operational management.

Working for BSkyB and more recently as Head of Customer Services for Lynx Express the UK’s leading independent parcel logisitics company.

Viv has been with Protocol National since 2007 and has brought her wealth of operational knowledge to the Protocol National business.

Lee joined the Protocol Group in 2003 and has been with Protocol National since 2004, where he has held a number of roles within the finance function before becoming Finance Director in July 2010.

Lee holds a degree in Law and prior to joining Protocol National he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Midlands, where he worked in Assurance and Business Advisory Services with many small, medium and large clients in a variety of manufacturing and service industries around the UK.
