Protocol National CRB Disclosure Services is an Umbrella Body for the Criminal Records Bureau. We offer both Enhanced and Standard Disclosure criminal record checks to private, public and voluntary sector organisations of all sizes.
Since the Criminal Records Bureau was introduced in March 2002, Protocol Group have processed over 120,000 CRB Disclosure applications for people working in schools, colleges, universities and private training providers. We have a dedicated team to ensure that all applications are processed quickly and efficiently.
We offer two processing options:
Express Processing Service
The client organisation verifies the identity of the applicant before sending the completed application to us for processing.
Gold Processing Service
We verify the identity of the applicant by checking the required identification documents. To minimise the inconvenience to any of your employees, we always aim to return all documents to the applicant within 48 hours by registered post.
